Hello!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is Annie, and I\u2019m French. I live on R\u00e9union Island, a volcanic island in the Indian Ocean. I studied biology at Paris VII a long time ago. These days, I design and build websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m starting this blog in my fiftieth year. I\u2019ve wanted to write for a long time, but honestly, I never knew what to write about. So I just couldn\u2019t get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lately, most of my reading has been crime novels, mostly Icelandic ones. But I don\u2019t really feel like writing in that genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I read a lot of science fiction. I started with Isaac Asimov\u2019s Foundation series. After that, it was pretty hard to find authors who were just as engaging. So I moved on and read a bit of everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These days, I\u2019m back into science fiction, but on TV. Thanks to Doctor Who, probably the most addictive show I\u2019ve watched in a very long time. I love those tangled space-time stories. But they\u2019re a bit too complex for me, so for the story I\u2019m about to tell, I\u2019ll stick to space. We\u2019ll see how that goes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
